Who is Chelle?
Many people ask me what I do, how I ended up where I am, and what they can do to get there… before I get into ANY of that, I want to tell anyone listening WHO the heck I am or what I even do!
First off, hello! I’m glad you’re here. My name is Michelle Henderson, but my family and closest friends call me Chelle - and that’s what I want with you guys. I want you to know ME, what I do, why I do it, and honestly just be my most authentic self along this journey of life as a business owner.
Before I get more into how I even got to where I am, let me start with sharing what I do…
What do I do for a living?
I am a digital marketing business owner of Those Hendys. I do branding, website design, social media management, paid ads, SEO, and all of the things in between. I will give you guys more insight on how that even happened during episode 3. But, back to the basics of who I am and why I do what I do :)
What I have chosen to do with my life comes directly from my WHY…
Listen, before I dive… if you’re looking to just make money, have freedom, and buy nice things - make sure the way that gets you there is by doing something you actually enjoy doing. It’s possible. Don’t just settle for doing something you see others doing successfully because they’re path to success may not be the same journey for your path to success. Many people see what others have & how they got there and try to mimic that life plan. I totally get why that makes sense… People see doctors & lawyers and the wealth they can possess, but I personally know that money doesn’t buy me happiness. So my biggest piece of advice is to do something you truly enjoy doing. I strongly believe everyone is unique and has their own journey to follow, but definitely need inspiration along the way. That’s what I’m here for!
Why did I create “Social with Chelle?”
Basically, I want to focus on things I enjoy doing… So what do I enjoy doing? Honestly, I love helping others excel at what they love doing. I LIVE to learn and share my experiences so I can add value to whoever wants to listen. So this podcast is going to focus on ONE of those areas I feel like I can add the most value - through helping entrepreneurs in the social media world. There will be some episodes where I give exact advice on what’s trending, what to post, and the newest updates in the digital world. However, I naturally speak LIFE and encouragement to others, so you’ll hear a lot of that. I also want to share business advice on being a business owner and entrepreneur because not knowing HOW to start can be very debilitating and causes many to freeze. I’m here to help you unfreeze and take some action steps… the right action steps!

Before I wrap up this episode, I just want to leave you with one thing: we should all be learning and listening to people who are where we desire to be someday. I have people I go to for mentorship, books I read, and podcasts I listen to myself. However, where I am on my journey is not necessarily where you are at, and that’s why I want to break down everything I know in the way that I personally communicate it. I can hear several people break down the same thing, but it makes WAY more sense coming from only specific people. I hope to be one of those people for you someday.
